Hackathon Claude Code
Multi-tenant companion site for the Claude Code Hackathon hosted by Studio Ouroboros.
The project
Platform for a one-day hackathon centered on Claude Code: one shared theme, multiple teams, 8 hours of coding, one mandatory tool. The site covers the day's three phases:
- Kickoff — intro pages projected by the host at the start of the day, then readable self-paced by participants.
- Framing — each team co-writes a *project canvas* (PM / Tech / Domain) that renders into two markdown artifacts, with no LLM call: a `CLAUDE.md` draft to commit into the team's repo and a bootstrap prompt to paste into Claude Code.
- Build — team dashboard with typed handoff cards (PM / Domain → Tech: `request_feature`, `report_bug`, `add_example`, `flag_output`) and a tutorial library that's hot-editable during the event.
Highlights
- One-tap login via an email link — no password to create or remember.
- The canvas filled in by the team automatically becomes a brief to paste into Claude Code and a memory file to drop into the project.
- Typed cards for cross-role exchanges (request, bug, example, fix): no more sticky notes that get lost.
- Strict per-company isolation — each organisation only sees its own teams and events.
- The whole platform fits into a single file to deploy.
